1. Service provider

2. Services

• Individual consultations in neurology, psychiatry and psychotherapy, including specialist care for people with myasthenia gravis.
• The format, scope and suitability of remote care are agreed after the initial description of the request.
• Information on this website is not a medical consultation, diagnosis or self-treatment instruction.

3. Booking and delivery

• Requests may be submitted through the website form, Telegram, telephone or email.
• The date, time, duration, format and fee are confirmed individually before payment.
• An online consultation is delivered at the agreed time through a remote communication channel. A medical report, referral or prescription may be issued electronically where clinically and legally appropriate.

4. Payment

Payment is made cashlessly in Ukrainian hryvnia to the sole proprietor’s account or through an individual secure WayForPay payment link sent after the appointment is agreed. This website does not receive or store payment-card details.

5. Responsibility and emergencies

Patients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Remote care may be unsuitable for some conditions; in that case, an in-person examination or another care pathway will be recommended. This website and online consultations do not replace emergency care. In an acute emergency in Ukraine, call 103 or 112.
