Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment

• The fee is disclosed and confirmed before payment. The current fee is UAH 2,200 for a psychiatry or psychotherapy consultation and UAH 2,500 for a myasthenia gravis consultation.
• Payment is cashless and made in Ukrainian hryvnia. Once an appointment is agreed, the patient receives the sole proprietor’s payment details or a secure WayForPay link.
• The service is considered delivered once the agreed consultation has taken place.

Rescheduling or cancellation

• To reschedule or cancel, contact @margarita_medhelp on Telegram or email margaritamarchuk1994@gmail.com.
• If the doctor cancels the consultation or the service cannot be delivered, the patient may choose another appointment or a full refund.
• If the patient cancels a paid consultation before it begins, the payment is refunded on written request to the original payment method.

Refund timing

A request is reviewed within seven business days. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment instrument; the actual crediting time depends on the bank and payment provider.

After the service

Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is not refundable unless the agreed scope of service was not provided or a verified technical error occurred. Disputes are reviewed individually on the basis of the patient’s written request.
