HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
From screening to medical assessment and treatment
Standardised screening
Before the appointment, the patient completes a structured questionnaire. It helps identify symptoms, their severity, and the areas that need to be explored during the consultation.
Psychiatric assessment
At the first consultation, we clarify current concerns and compare them with DSM-5-TR criteria, review the onset and development of the problem, and assess mental state and relevant risks.
Medical and personal history
We review coexisting conditions, operations, allergies, family history, previous treatment, and all medicines that may affect mental state.
Assessment and treatment plan
I explain the diagnostic conclusion, provide psychoeducation, and discuss treatment options. Once agreed, I prepare written recommendations covering lifestyle, psychotherapy, and medication.
ELECTRONIC MEDICAL SYSTEMMedical records in Helsi
At your request, the clinical conclusion after the appointment can be entered into the Helsi electronic medical system. When clinically indicated, I can issue an electronic prescription with subsequent renewal and referrals for necessary laboratory and instrumental investigations under Ukraine’s Programme of Medical Guarantees.
